About The Position
San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful, renovated pool, a kid's pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a new Busser to Mission Bay to be part of an enthusiastic family that strives to create joyful memories. As a Busser, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Busser proudly showcase our hotel, amenities and surroundings. As a Busser you will be part of our food and beverage team creating special memories by assisting guests through their meal experience at San Diego Mission Bay Resort. This is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests visit and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!
Requirements
- Experience taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff and guest
- Reliable, hard-working, friendly, energetic
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Availability to work various shifts; AM, PM, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
