Why This Role Matters We are seeking a reliable and guest-focused Busser to join our Food & Beverage team! In this role, you help create smooth, efficient dining experiences by keeping service areas clean, organized, and fully prepared while supporting servers and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking ability in fast-paced environments.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and guest-focused under pressure.
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of dining and service areas.
- Clear, reset, and prepare tables to ensure prompt guest seating and smooth service flow.
- Replenish utensils, water, and service supplies.
- Support kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient operations.
- Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and organized work areas.
