About The Position
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Busser / Food Runner to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will assist servers, deliver food to guests, maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas, and help create an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or guest service experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Assist servers during service
- Clear, clean, and reset tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Stock supplies, utensils, and service equipment
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, hotel, and franchise standards
- Communicate effectively with managers and team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned
