The Busperson provides service to tables with adequate supplies of water, glasses, silverware, butter, placemats, etc. They serve water, bread and butter to guests after they are seated. The Busperson assists the server in removing dishes and resetting tables, and transports soiled dishes to kitchen service areas. They also assist in the clean-up of spillage during mealtime and ensure their station is left in order for the following shift. This role promotes positive public relations and performs other duties as assigned.
