About The Position

Arbor Day Farm is the 260-acre property owned and operated by the Arbor Day Foundation, where our mission comes to life. As a Busperson, you will be a part of a fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities include clearing tables, guest requests, keeping all areas of the restaurant clean, etc. We are looking for someone with great customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests. Flexibility in your schedule is needed, as you will be working shifts over weekend mornings or evenings. This role requires the ability to stand on your feet for long hours and frequently carry heavy trays. We are willing to train the right person and this is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in the hospitality industry.
