Your role supports our servers, enhances guest comfort, and helps maintain the smooth flow of service from start to finish. As a Busperson, you help create the foundation for exceptional dining experiences by ensuring every detail is cared for and every guest feels valued.

Requirements

  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
  • Attentive, proactive, and eager to help wherever needed to keep the dining room running smoothly.
  • Friendly and approachable, with a commitment to delivering warm and professional service.
  • Comfortable on your feet for extended periods and able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Willing to learn and follow brand and service standards consistently.
  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist servers by promptly clearing and resetting tables between guests, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
  • Refill water glasses, replenish bread, and assist with delivering food or beverages when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and side work areas.
  • Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils, transporting them to the dishwashing area.
  • Restock service stations with silverware, glassware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
  • Support the team in maintaining a polished and professional dining environment that meets brand and health standards.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, directing them to the appropriate team member if necessary.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines in accordance with company and brand policies.
  • Collaborate closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
