About The Position
The Field Burger & Tap Busperson is responsible for ensuring compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department. This role maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications. The Busperson also ensures communication with the General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors, and Staff. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous guest relations and/or training.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist Server in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment.
- Stock all wares and equipment needed for service.
