About The Position

The Field Burger & Tap is seeking a Busperson to join their team. This role is responsible for assisting servers in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, maintaining cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment, and stocking all necessary wares and equipment for service. The Busperson ensures compliance with daily operational procedures and maintains food and beverage safety and quality standards. This position also involves communication with management and staff, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous guest relations and/or training.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Assist Server in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment.
• Stock all wares and equipment needed for service.
• Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
• Maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
• Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
