Requirements

• Demonstrates conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities
• Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
• No supervisory responsibilities but should be able to lead projects
• Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents
• Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies

Responsibilities

• Member of team that delivers cross-functional execution of programs to meet and exceed product line and financial goals
• Track OPEX (operating expense) spending is in alignment with project plans and spending targets for product line
• Contributes to business process creation and continuous improvement
• Contributes to Division level business continuity planning and crisis management
• Utilize AI tools to improve productivity and increase velocity
• Work closely with engineering to execute daily tasks and improve R&D velocity
• Remove bottlenecks in procuring materials
