Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years of related experience
Ability to learn additional systems as needed
Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Responsibilities

Receives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed
Reviews documentation for accuracy
Completes validation of documentation, reports, and/or systems
Documents missing, incorrect, or incomplete documents and/or data
Performs data entry and/or enters criteria into the appropriate systems
Resolves customer or associate inquiries as necessary and communicates when applicable
Prepares, edits, distributes, and/or corrects specialized and/or complex documents/reports
Researches and resolves related issues or requests
Works under limited supervision following established guidelines and procedures
Offers advice and guidance to junior specialists on occasion
