Serves as the financial lead supporting the Plant management and the finance organization Forecasting – Short term, long term and budgetary Business Unit P&L– Ownership in driving the results by monitoring the operational drivers, proactively communicating opportunities and risks, preparing analysis and presenting the results Analysis and explanation of cost drivers, which will include working closely with the operations team to review, identify and advise on opportunities for avoiding costs and/or adding value Cost Accounting – Ensure integrity of standard cost data and accurate accounting for Business Unit results Pricing – Maintain a deep understanding of customer contracts, monitoring for compliance with the contracts, preparing effective pricing analyses and presenting to executive management Contribute to the design and maintenance of effective Pricing Models Preparation of ROIC and other financial analyses for capital investments and monitoring and communicating the actual ROIC realized Continuous Improvement and Business Processes – Work with broader RBC team to identify opportunities for business process or data system improvements in a continuous effort to improve accuracy, efficiency, speed, and ease-of-use

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • 5+ years of cost accounting and/or financial analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong in Microsoft Office applications (particularly MS Excel)
  • Solid logic and reasoning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work autonomously yet in strong collaboration with team

Nice To Haves

  • PowerBi or One Stream experience is a plus
  • Public accounting experience is a plus

Responsibilities
