This position will primarily work out of our Boston (Canton), MA branch. As our Business Controller, you will leverage your financial expertise to analyze and monitor business performance across the region, providing meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions. Your ability to interpret financial data, track key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement will help guide leadership and strengthen overall business outcomes. Through close partnership with cross-functional teams, you will play a critical role in forecasting, planning, and ensuring that financial operations align with company standards and objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including business controlling expertise.
  • Strong foundation in accounting, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in tools such as advanced Excel and financial systems like SAP or Hyperion.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
