About The Position

The Business Travel Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing the hotel’s corporate transient and negotiated business travel accounts, driving room revenue and increasing market share for our luxury Curio Collection by Hilton property. This role will proactively identify and pursue new corporate business, build relationships with local and national accounts, manage existing client partnerships, negotiate corporate rates, and respond to business travel opportunities and RFPs. The position will work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, Sales leadership, and other hotel departments to ensure corporate rates and account information are accurately communicated and the guest experience supports long-term client retention. We’re looking for a motivated sales professional who can identify new opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships, and strategically grow the hotel’s business travel segment.
