About The Position

The Business Travel Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, soliciting, and securing new corporate travel accounts through proactive sales efforts, networking, and strategic outreach. This role also involves managing and growing an existing portfolio of business travel clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. The manager will negotiate preferred corporate rates, contracts, and agreements aligned with revenue goals, and conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations. Collaboration with revenue management to optimize pricing strategies and monitoring of market trends are also key aspects of this position. The role requires representing the hotel at industry events, maintaining accurate sales records, and partnering with operations teams for seamless client service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, with a focus on corporate or business travel segments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings and industry events.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in luxury or upscale hotel environments strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Hilton systems and brand standards is a plus.
