About The Position

The Business Transformation Specialist will assist leadership in establishing its strategic direction and objectives and creates long-term strategic and business development plans. This role involves designing and creating comprehensive transformation strategies that shape the vision for future growth and competitive advantage, conducting market and competitor analysis, and developing actionable plans to achieve goals. The specialist will oversee the implementation of new systems, technologies, and processes, managing projects from start to finish. Additionally, they will facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement, manage budgets and forecast financials with a focus on value creation, cost optimization, and ROI, and conduct regular performance evaluations to monitor the progress of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
  • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, making necessary adjustments as needed
