About The Position

The Advisory Department of one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the country is seeking a Business Transformation Senior Manager who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. This individual will have a direct impact on our firm’s mission of serving as a catalyst for those striving to achieve their highest potential. The Senior Manager leads complex client engagements and transformation programs—from initial opportunity shaping through implementation and sustained value realization. You are accountable for executive relationships, engagement strategy, delivery quality, project economics, team performance, and measurable business outcomes. This role requires advanced consulting judgment, commercial leadership, and the ability to translate enterprise strategy into scalable transformation results. This is the level where AI advisory becomes a core component of how you shape and deliver client solutions. You help executive leaders define where AI can create meaningful business value, where investment is not warranted, what risks must be managed, and what organizational capabilities are required to enable adoption. Anders' sprint-based delivery methodology—Diagnostic in Week 1, Sprint 1 in Weeks 2–4, Sprint 2 in Weeks 5–8—means you will lead rapid diagnostics, prioritize high-value opportunities, and guide teams in delivering measurable transformation outcomes.
