About The Position

The Advisory Department of one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the country is seeking a Business Transformation Manager who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. This individual will have a direct impact on our firm’s mission of serving as a catalyst for those striving to achieve their highest potential. The Manager independently leads entire client engagements—from initial scoping through implementation and value realization. This role requires consulting judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate strategy into results. This is the level where AI advisory becomes integral to how you serve clients. You help leaders understand where AI belongs in their business journey, where it does not, what value it can create, what risks must be controlled, and what operating changes are needed to make it work. Anders' sprint-based delivery methodology—Diagnostic in Week 1, Sprint 1 in Weeks 2–4, Sprint 2 in Weeks 5–8—means you will drive rapid diagnostics and measurable pilots that demonstrate AI and transformation value quickly.
