About The Position

Reporting to the Director, Business Transformation & Service Delivery, the Manager, Business Transformation leads the core delivery team responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing the University’s operational processes. The Manager ensures that transformation initiatives are grounded in rigorous data, clear business requirements, and lean process principles. The Manager is responsible for the professional standards of the Business Analysis and Process Engineering functions, ensuring that every project delivers measurable improvements to efficiency and the user experience.
