About The Position

The Director of Business Transformation serves as the strategic architect for the Wind Services business unit, responsible for driving end-to-end transformation that elevates organizational performance. This leader is accountable for the successful evolution of business operations, ensuring that the organization’s processes, systems, and capabilities are aligned to meet future growth demands. Rather than managing disconnected workstreams, the Director orchestrates a unified transformation strategy, ensuring that every project—from process refinement to digital capability —is executed with high operational rigor. The Director acts as the central engine for transforming abstract business goals into tangible, documented, and sustainable outcomes that deliver value, bridging the gap between high-level vision and frontline execution.

  • 5+ years in an executive leadership capacity, preferably in Energy industry, with a proven ability to manage complex, distributed, cross-functional project portfolios.
  • Expert proficiency in business process modeling, requirement gathering, and the ability to convert strategic vision into operational reality.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Define and oversee the end-to-end transformation roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that maximize operational efficiency, improve KPI visibility, and drive business value.

  • Act as the primary interface between the transformation team and senior leadership, ensuring executive visibility into project progress, risks, and ROI.
  • Ensure that all team outputs are unified into a singular, cohesive "future state" delivery model that promotes scalability and operational maturity.
  • Establish governance frameworks to monitor project lifecycles, resource allocation, and the overall impact of implemented solutions on Wind Services performance.
  • Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, ensuring that technical implementations are met with strong organizational readiness and communication strategies.
  • Overseeing the systematic documentation of current and future states to identify systemic process gaps, dependencies, and operational risks.
  • Governing the translation of complex business needs into precise, actionable project artifacts, ensuring that every transformation milestone is supported by rigorous documentation.
