About The Position

We are looking for a highly passionate and customer-focused Business Trainee to join our growth-oriented team and contribute to the company's success through buying and selling metal products. You will work both in individual and team capacity to build sustainable businesses by developing long-term mutually beneficial trading partnerships. Successful candidates will be hired on as a Business Trainee and will actively participate in a structured hands-on training program to develop an in-depth understanding of the metal trading industry. Trainees will receive practical exposure to trading operations, customer development, and commercial decision-making.

Requirements

Upcoming or recent graduate.
Background in business, sales, entrepreneurship, or competitive sports.
High DRIVE, RESILIENCE, AND EAGERNESS TO LEARN.
Valid G license.

Nice To Haves

Experience in commission-based roles.
Experience in door-to-door sales.
