About The Position

BAYADA is seeking passionate and dedicated New Graduate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help new nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on one-on-one patient care, offering flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, and electronic charting. They provide in-depth paid training from day one, access to award-winning simulation labs, and strive for short commute times by working close to home. Clinical Managers offer around-the-clock support to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. BAYADA cares for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their interests. The Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC) and is the only paid new graduate residency program in home care with this accreditation. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes quality client care.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in U.S.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Utilize electronic charting with AlayaCare.
• Engage in in-depth paid training from day one.
• Work in adult and pediatric Simulation labs.
• Provide care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
