About The Position

You will be part of the Office of the CTO. As a Business Technology Manager you can be based in Pittsburgh PA, Strongsville OH, Birmingham AL, Phoenix AZ or Dallas TX. As a Business Technology Manager Sr. on the Enterprise Architect team, your people focused leadership and management experience will bring value to the talent and strategy priorities of the team. You will be responsible for managing the team's overall work to ensure they work efficiently together within and across departments in a streamlined way. Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to strategic business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. Initiates, owns and drives the identification, evaluation and direction of solutions that are cost effective and meet complex business requirements. Serves as the central point of contact for business demand management, technology expenditures, client feedback & relationship management and the overall client experience with the technology organization. Manages the consulting services and communications to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to support product strategies and revenue generation/cost reduction. Manages the analysis & elicitation of complex client requirements, and the transformation of requirements into functional/non-functional requirements.

Requirements

  • University / college degree.
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience.
  • 8+ years of industry experience.

  • Experience with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture models that align with business objectives.
  • Create IT roadmaps and strategies for digital transformation and modernization.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Oversee the integration of IT systems across departments.
  • Ensure interoperability and scalability of technology platforms.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
  • Establish and enforce IT standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Lead risk assessments and mitigation planning.
  • Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to align technology initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of enterprise-wide projects.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to technical staff.
  • Prepare proposals and estimates for IT projects.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
  • Apply corrective actions when projects deviate from plans.
