About The Position

U.S. Bancorp Advisors Account Services is hiring a Business Technology Analyst to serve as a computer technology expert for assigned functional applications and support U.S. Bancorp Advisors Operations. The role assists with development and ongoing support of applications and provides direction and support for project releases, including research, analysis, review, development, implementation, and monitoring of new or revised systems such as new account opening and workflow systems. The analyst serves as a liaison for project releases and performs analysis in support of business-line strategies and objectives, compiling detailed and often interpretive information and making recommendations based on findings. The analyst provides data support through query, macro, and database development to assist leadership with reporting and trend analysis. The position also involves breaking down processes and identifying and implementing improvements to reduce workload. The role performs AML/KYC-required CIP reviews to help ensure compliance with industry standards and identify customers. The role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
One to two years of direct experience, or three to five years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison for project releases and perform analysis supporting business-line strategies and objectives.
Compile and analyze detailed, interpretive information and make project release recommendations based on findings.
Provide data support through query, macro, and database development for leadership reporting and trend analysis.
Break down processes and identify and implement process improvements to decrease workload.
Perform AML/KYC-required CIP reviews to support compliance with industry standards and customer identification.
