About The Position

Performs quality assurance engagement for Retail and Home Equity mortgage lending platforms and integrations, ensuring strong alignment between onshore coordination and offshore execution within a hybrid operating model. Providing guidance to test leads and extended teams while embedding rigorous testing and quality governance throughout release cycles. Partners cross‑functionally with product, development, business operations, and change management teams to enable effective collaboration and provides input on complex testing challenges. Utilizes tools such as JIRA and PractiTest for test documentation, coverage analysis, defect tracking, capacity planning, and data‑driven reporting while continuously improving testing methodologies and standardization across Home Lending Delivery. Maintains strong communication, cross trains testing talent, and ensures that work detail enables clear, actionable reporting to all levels of management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of direct experience (with project lead responsibilities), or eight or more years of related experience
  • Mortgage industry experience
  • Test automation exposure, preferably with Selenium
  • Proven stakeholder engagement skills, especially across business, technology, and change management
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
