About The Position

CACI is seeking professional customer-oriented candidates able to quickly learn new business processes, troubleshoot system functionality and work independently in a fast paced, challenging environment. This role supports the implementation of Momentum, a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) financial system, and involves designing and delivering innovative, complex solutions to meet evolving customer needs.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance (Must be SCI eligible)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of related experience
  • Experience with Momentum Financials, including configuration and troubleshooting
  • Expert proficiency in documenting technical issues and resolutions clearly and concisely
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Expert understanding of IT support processes, ticket management, and incident escalation workflows
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and develop long-term solutions
  • Willingness to work onsite full time in a secure facility in Rosslyn, VA

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Jira or other ticket tracking support tool
  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries
  • Experience with DoD Financials
  • Familiarity with configuration of Momentum subsystems

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues from Tier 1 support related to Momentum Financials, its interfaces, and reports.
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex system errors, configuration challenges, and user access permissions.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of escalated tickets, from initial diagnosis to resolution, ensuring clear documentation and communication.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis for recurring or complex problems.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to recommend and implement long-term fixes.
