About The Position

CACI is seeking professional customer-oriented candidates able to quickly learn new business processes, troubleshoot system functionality and work independently in a fast paced, challenging environment. This role supports the implementation of Momentum, a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) financial system, and involves designing and delivering innovative, complex solutions to meet evolving customer needs.

Requirements

U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance (Must be SCI eligible)
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of related experience
Experience with Momentum Financials, including configuration and troubleshooting
Expert proficiency in documenting technical issues and resolutions clearly and concisely
Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Expert understanding of IT support processes, ticket management, and incident escalation workflows
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities efficiently
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and develop long-term solutions
Willingness to work onsite full time in a secure facility in Rosslyn, VA

Nice To Haves

Experience with Jira or other ticket tracking support tool
Ability to write and execute SQL queries
Experience with DoD Financials
Familiarity with configuration of Momentum subsystems

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues from Tier 1 support related to Momentum Financials, its interfaces, and reports.
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex system errors, configuration challenges, and user access permissions.
Manage the entire lifecycle of escalated tickets, from initial diagnosis to resolution, ensuring clear documentation and communication.
Conduct thorough root cause analysis for recurring or complex problems.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to recommend and implement long-term fixes.
