Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification with an active license.
• Minimum of 5 years of public accounting tax experience.
• Significant experience working specifically with construction industry clients.
• Strong expertise in business and entity tax compliance.
• Ability to provide strategic tax advisory services.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
