About The Position

Point Quest Group is hiring a Business Systems Manager to harmonize billing and scheduling systems across its entities and support the company’s growth through acquisition. The role will map existing systems, workflows, data structures, integrations, and pain points, then design and lead a roadmap for integration, standardization, or consolidation. It will establish consistent data standards and processes and help connect scheduled services, delivered services, and billing. The manager will help design and build the data warehouse and reporting layer, including source-system feeds, data models, business logic, dashboards, metric definitions, and data quality monitoring. The role will also analyze the broader systems landscape, including Workday, the ERP, and operational platforms; support configuration, security, reporting, audit, compliance, provisioning, and access control; and recommend improvements that support scale. Serving as a liaison between business leaders, functional teams, IT, and vendors, the manager will lead systems governance and prioritization, manage the enhancement backlog, and provide executives with visibility into system maturity, project milestones, and ROI. The role will lead projects end to end, including requirements, scoping, vendor selection, testing, training, and adoption, and will support the onboarding of acquired entities to the platform’s systems and standards. The position is preferably based in Denver, with openness to other locations. Denver-based employees are expected to attend the office as needed for collaboration, especially around major releases, go-lives, and planning. The in-person cadence is flexible and based on the work. The role reports to the Director of Finance.
