About The Position

The Business Systems Manager contributes to RADCO’s mission by providing business systems support, including researching and troubleshooting problems and completing business systems tickets. As part of the business systems team, the Business Systems Manager contributes to our success by identifying problems, researching answers and guiding team other systems team members through, or completing, corrective steps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of Yardi user experience, preferably in the multi-family space
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams to drive process improvements
  • Careful attention to detail; completes projects efficiently and accurately
  • Able to clearly communicate details of an issue, whether via solution or escalation

Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in software administration- Yardi Voyager 7S, Yardi Voyager 8, Yardi CRM IQ, RentCafe, Procure to Pay, Real Page LRO, Budgeting and Utility Management, EliseAI and other software used by the organization.
  • Provide expert guidance on functionalities, customization options, and best practices for efficient property accounting and operations processes.
  • Leads and supports smaller-scale Yardi projects such as module configuration updates, workflow adjustments, form changes, and process rollouts that fall within the administrative scope of the role.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for testing and end user training when performing significant system updates/upgrades.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, consistency and completeness.
  • Manage user security groups, permissions, property lists, menus, and other customized configurations to support data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Experience in system configuration changes, including new property/entity setups, user maintenance, licenses, and access.
  • Support the data conversion process, including building and managing ETL’s and Yardi-to-Yardi data transfers.
  • Resolve end-user support requests via ticketing system, maintain compliance with service level agreements and facilitate a positive customer experience by liaising with Yardi support when necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging Yardi capabilities to improve efficiency through workflow automation and process enhancement.
  • Assist with the delivery of related key metrics to support and improve processes.
  • Support data integrations including utility management, revenue management, collections / recoveries and other systems as needed.
  • Contribute to the planning and completion of special projects as needed.
  • Communicate resolution of issues professionally to all levels of the organization and effectively escalate issues when required.
