About The Position

The Business Systems & Analytics Developer develops and supports reporting, automation, workflow, and data governance solutions that extend the value of the Anaplan platform. The role connects business processes, reporting, Power Platform capabilities, and future data initiatives.

The position is part of Bauer Hockey/Cascade Maverik at Peak Achievement Athletics, whose purpose is to enrich life experiences through sports and to develop innovative sports equipment.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience with Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and data integration concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized and diligent, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI, Power Query, and Excel reporting solutions.
• Support KPI development and reporting standardization.
• Manage the Anaplan-to-SharePoint-to-Power Query reporting architecture.
• Develop Power Automate workflows and SharePoint solutions.
• Support data governance, data quality, and master data standards.
• Assist with SAP HANA integration and downstream reporting impacts.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled business workflow opportunities.
