About The Position
We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT, driving process improvements and system integrations across enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Salesforce. This is a high visibility role with opportunity to grow into leadership.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of Business/Systems Analysis experience
- Strong SQL skills (will complete a short SQL assessment)
- Experience with requirements gathering
- Experience with business process analysis
- Experience with solution design
- Experience with systems integration
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
Nice To Haves
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Salesforce
- Project leadership experience
- Strong presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and workshops
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Create user stories, use cases, and functional documentation
- Translate business needs into technical/functional specs
- Partner with development and QA teams through delivery lifecycle
- Support testing, deployment, and user adoption
- Lead small–mid size projects end-to-end
- Track deliverables, timelines, and risks
- Support larger enterprise initiatives
- Support integrations across Dynamics 365 F&O, Salesforce, and internal systems
- Identify automation opportunities across applications
- Create SOPs, training materials, and user guides
- Present business cases and solutions to stakeholders

- The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
