Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of product management experience required equivalent Business analyst experience is required
Demonstrated expertise in CRM setups on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Automate Platform, and Salesforce.com
Hands-on configuration and tech-functional knowledge in PROS CPQ
Self-starter with intellectual curiosity about emerging AI technologies, who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and proactively identify new AI use cases that drive competitive advantage
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to introduce innovative ideas and industry guidelines

Responsibilities

Lead requirements discovery, business analysis, and solution development for complex initiatives across Microsoft Dynamics 365, PROS CPQ, Salesforce.com, and related applications.
Partner with various teams to identify business challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable solution builds.
Analyze complex business problems, evaluate solution options, and determine effective business and technical approaches.
Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and smooth operations.
Facilitate workshops and solution reviews, driving alignment and influencing decisions in a cross-functional environment.
Identify and drive process improvement, standardization, and automation opportunities to optimize Sales and Deal Desk workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance user experience.
