  • Ability to develop clear procedures, training materials, and technical documentation.
  • Experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, 3PL, or supply chain operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and take ownership of projects and system issues.
  • Comfort working in both office and warehouse environments.
  • Ability to walk facilities and job sites, climb stairs and ladders as necessary, bend, kneel, and inspect equipment and building systems.
  • May occasionally need to lift or move up to 75 pounds and may be exposed to outdoor weather, mechanical areas, noise, and active operational environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Experience with Infor WMS and NetSuite ERP.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, middleware, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and APIs.
  • Experience working with software vendors or consultants to plan, test, and implement system improvements.
  • Experience developing training programs, instructional materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of the WMS, including configurations, user accounts, permissions, master data, and routine system checks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, failed transactions, and data discrepancies by identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain the WMS-to-ERP integration to ensure accurate and timely data exchanges.
  • Investigate failed or delayed transactions, reconcile data discrepancies, and work with internal IT teams or third-party vendors to resolve integration issues.
  • Document business processes, system dependencies, recurring issues, and potential points of failure.
  • Serve as the primary contact for WMS questions, concerns, and technical issues from warehouse and administrative team members.
  • Maintain a hands-on presence in warehouse operations to observe workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement practical solutions.
  • Track recurring system challenges and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and system performance.
  • Develop and deliver training for new and existing team members, including onboarding materials, instructions, and hands-on sessions.
  • Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate system enhancements and development projects with internal teams and vendors, including prioritization, requirements, and implementation oversight.
  • Evaluate system improvement opportunities and determine when configuration changes, scripting, or additional technical support are needed.
  • Perform system configuration adjustments and basic scripting when appropriate, escalating more complex issues to IT teams or vendors.
  • Partner with warehouse leadership and other departments to align system capabilities with operational needs and business objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
