The Implementation Consultant is a Business Systems Analyst that works closely with client technical and business teams on complex engagements lasting 3-12 months or longer to deliver integrated software systems at customer engagements with financial institutions. This role is assigned on multiple engagements, works with minimal supervision and interacts with matrixed organizations, internally and externally. The individual provides technical consulting to customers integrating with software. Activities include consulting with customers to understand and document their business and technical requirements, working with customer business analysts on data mapping between systems, advising customers on usage and capability of the system, and appropriate configuration of the system. Identifies alternative solutions that address customer requirements. Contributes to the analysis, design, development, and testing of customer engagement deliverables. Part of technical professional services team focus on mapping. Product called expir that helps clients integrate into LOS (loan origination system) – their product does documentation for loans etc. – Mapping into integrations. Product integrating is called Expir – start with one client while cross-training with project team, will be working with implementation consultant, compliance consultant, engineer and PM. Will add more projects to the list. Day 1 – Helping out with mapping and learn tools – Identify data fields in LOS system and where it should go, then learn to triage if something isn’t quite right. Peer implementation consultant. Team’s clients are banks, credit unions and financial institutions – mortgage, deposit, collection servicing so banking is a bonus.
