About The Position

Omada International is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with a strong process and continuous improvement mindset to support operational effectiveness across our business. This role requires a systems thinker with sharp analytical skills and a collaborative approach—someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and system functionality, enabling sustainable improvements through data-driven decision-making. This is not a traditional technical or data-heavy role. Instead, it focuses on understanding workflows, identifying root causes, and driving functional improvements across departments. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with multiple departments to transform ERP data into actionable insights that drive performance, cost control, and delivery reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years in a business analyst, process analyst, or continuous improvement role.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements—not reliant on statistical modeling, but able to interpret operational data and KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable facilitating meetings and collaborating across departments.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (Epicor is a plus, but not required).
  • Experience with KPI development and operational dashboards.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and inquisitive with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Candidates must qualify as a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR regulations.

  • Define, monitor, and interpret KPIs and metrics tied to process health.
  • Help implement changes based on leading/lagging indicators to drive efficiency and reduce issues.
  • Lead or support cross-functional working sessions with multiple departments to gather input, surface issues, and propose solutions.
