About The Position

Beyond Pediatrics, DBA Families First Pediatrics & Wee Care Pediatrics, is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Systems team. This full-time, exempt position will help support and improve the systems that keep our clinical, administrative, and revenue cycle operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in business systems, applications, or health information systems.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting system implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with healthcare systems, EHR/practice management systems, ADP Workforce Now, Sage Intacct, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather business needs and translate them into system requirements and solutions.
• Configure, test, and implement changes to EHR, practice management, and other business systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate solutions with vendors and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflow documentation, and training materials.
• Support system updates, integrations, new features, and implementations across multiple clinic locations.
• Serve as a resource to staff on system functionality and workflows.
• Maintain data security and follow HIPAA and internal privacy standards.
