Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Plus the Following Experience: 3-5+ years of business system analysis, including participation in IT projects, system upgrades, implementation, or enhanced work on enterprise-level systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Business Process Management (BPM); and 1 – 3+ years of experience developing reports, queries or dashboards from relational datasets.
  • OR 7 + Years of Equivalent Business System Analysis Experience, Including: 1– 3+ years of experience developing reports, queries or dashboards from relational datasets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and comprehending English.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL foundation certification or equivalent training in project management, IT service management, business analysis, information systems, or related disciplines
  • 3-5+ years of experience working with Epicor ERP
  • Hands-on experience supporting system users and resolving complex application issues
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with IT development tools, coding languages, and technical processes
  • Familiarity with AI tools, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
  • Experience working in FDA-regulated industries, such as life sciences, tissue banking, medical devices, or manufacturing, with an understanding of FDA, CGTP, and AATB compliance standards

Responsibilities

  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies to coordinate and participate in assigned software enhancements and implementations through the IT project lifecycle, including user requirements, testing, training, deployment, and post-implementation evaluation.
  • Translate complex business needs into user requirements for enterprise software solutions and projects.
  • Provide second tier help desk support and triage, troubleshoot, document and coordinate and resolution of enterprise application issues, incidents, and user requests to ensure timely and effective support.
  • Build strong internal relationships and work effectively across functional areas to gather business requirements for software solutions.
  • Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and support documentation for existing and future-state software solutions.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides, and training materials to support system adoption and operational consistency.
  • Develop and maintain functional expertise for key enterprise applications, integrations, and processes, provide functional input, user guidance, application support and partnering with technical IT teams to support effective solution design and implementation.
  • Work in conjunction with Software Validation to assist in the validation process, including test planning and execution, risk assessments, and documentation updates and validation support activities as needed.
  • Support enterprise system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations by coordinating testing, validating changes, and ensuring successful deployments.
  • Utilize AI as a tool to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance system usability, as applicable.
  • Develop, maintain, and utilize SQL queries, datasets, and reporting tools to support business reporting and analysis needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements that support business objectives.
  • Participate in on-call support and off-hours activities as needed to ensure system stability and business continuity.
  • Adhere to and promote proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices and company policies.
  • May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
