Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent work experience) required.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, system analysis or related role preferred.
  • Proficiency with business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and basic SQL knowledge a required.
  • Pervious experience working with Infor CloudSuite technology platform preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Work, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for business software applications, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any technical issues or user inquiries promptly.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality and updates.
  • Work collaboratively to implement initiatives to deliver ERP solutions that allow internal departments and external partners to use technology solutions and data more efficiently.
  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and implementing improvements to software applications and processes to optimize business performance.
  • Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of new systems or system enhancements.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Investigate system-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Develop and present recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate on the creation and use of business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
