Business Systems Analyst
About The Position
The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance. Being a member of IT FinSight Delivery team, this role serves as a Business Analysis lead for DTCC’s Enterprise Resiliency Dashboard (ERD) and PagerDuty platforms, driving the translation of incident management needs into scalable, automated, and insight-driven capabilities. You will play a critical role in shaping product direction, accelerating delivery, and enabling data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across incident management and resiliency functions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience

Responsibilities
- Translate business and stakeholder needs into well-defined user stories and backlog items aligned to ERD roadmap priorities
- Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure readiness for development (Definition of Ready)
- Drive backlog refinement sessions with Product Owner and engineering teams to ensure shared understanding
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Partner with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate business functionality
- Support UAT cycles with business stakeholders and ensure requirements are met
- Collaborate with project team, product management, and stakeholders on assigned aspects of the project
- Participate in the estimation of resource needs and schedule of work through interactions with related stakeholders
- Understand and apply industry-specific best practices & standards
