About The Position

As a D365 Functional Consultant / System Analyst, you’ll be a trusted partner in shaping and evolving Perry Homes’ Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. In this role, you will bridge business strategy and technical execution—working closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to design scalable, high-impact solutions that support growth and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with product owners within the IT PMO, technical teams and business stakeholders to turn business needs into well-designed system capabilities. This role offers significant functional ownership, the opportunity to influence system design, and the ability to see your work directly improve how the business operates day to day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant or Systems Analyst.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O, with the ability to confidently discuss design options, trade-offs, and impacts with technical teams.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications that technical and QA teams can execute against.
  • Comfortable leading meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience documenting requirements and processes using tools like Azure DevOps (or similar), including user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, wireframes, and mockups.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to shape and deliver D365 F&O solutions aligned to the enterprise product roadmap.
  • Lead requirements discovery and design discussions, translating business processes into clear user stories, functional designs, and system workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops and act as the functional voice between business teams and technical resources.
  • Configure and support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to meet evolving needs across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and help ensure smooth deployments and high-quality releases.
  • Document end-to-end processes, functional designs, and system behaviors to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
  • Create training materials and user guides by default; to drive adoption and help teams work more effectively in D365.
