Business Systems Analyst (IT Infrastructure) || Pontiac, MI
About The Position
The Business Systems Analyst will support IT infrastructure projects involving Networking, Servers, Workstations, Microsoft 365, Telecommunications, and Service Center teams. The role includes analyzing business and technical requirements, recommending solutions, supporting ServiceNow integrations, performing data analysis and reporting, and assisting with testing and implementation. The analyst will also prepare technical documentation, procedures, RFPs, and contract deliverables, collaborate with IT teams, and provide user training and support. This is a long-term contract role in Pontiac, Michigan, with a hybrid work arrangement. Interviews are conducted first by video and then in person.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics and data analysis.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB Discovery, or Webex.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments.
Nice To Haves
- Telecommunications Expense Management experience.
- Contract management experience.
- RFP preparation experience.
