Business Systems Analyst (Infrastructure) - Pontiac, MI
About The Position
The Business Systems Analyst will work on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams. The candidate is expected to be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility for project assignments. The role applies communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support projects and ensure deliverables meet specifications. Duties include data analysis; designing solutions and documenting technical requirements; testing and implementing technology solutions; conducting research; creating procedures to improve existing systems; providing training and user support; and writing Requests for Proposals and Contract Scopes of Deliverables.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery, and Webex.
- Strong experience using the M365 Productivity Suite.
- Data analytics experience.
Nice To Haves
- Telecommunications Expense Management experience.
- Experience with contracts and Requests for Proposals.
