We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst Student for our North American Headquarters district in Edmonton, Alberta, that is available for 8 months starting in May 2026.

Responsibilities

Assists in planning, facilitating, and coordinating project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, arranging logistics, and documenting key points, decisions, and action items to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Creates and maintains project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant materials.
Works with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and project specifications.
Develops and distributes monthly and bi-weekly reports to track project progress and performance.
Maintains regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Assists in coordinating the work of project team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
