About The Position

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks a Business Systems Analyst Specialists - Payment System Specialist to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems. This role involves translating business needs and end-user requirements into functional specifications that detail system, process, or product/service functionalities. The specialist will define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. They will devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems, considering computer equipment capacity, limitations, operation time, and desired results. This includes analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into system requirement specifications. The role also involves influencing business partners and service providers regarding priorities, hardware/software selection, and vendor selection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and nine (9) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Working with end-to-end systems development life cycles including waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development.
  • Working with Agile Software development methodology to SAFe, Kanban.
  • Utilizing Jira, Aha, and Clarity.
  • Performing solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, and use cases.
  • Working with Payments, Payment Processors, Payment Networks and Digital Payments.
  • Utilizing Microsoft SQL and data mapping.
  • Writing and analyzing SQL/data to query data systems.
  • Working with coding principles and methodologies.
  • Alternatively, a Master’s degree in the above listed fields and seven (7) years of experience in the above listed skills will be accepted.
