About The Position

We are looking for a highly capable business analyst to optimize our business processes by integrating customized solutions. You will be analyzing our processes, collaborating with departments on integration, and overseeing the implementation of our solutions. To ensure success as a business analyst, you should exhibit an in-depth knowledge of specialized business needs and extensive experience in connectivity between SAP and other reporting tools. A top-class business analyst will be someone whose expertise results in optimized operational efficiency and clean easily accessible reporting.

Requirements

BS in Business, Computer Science, or Mathematics/Statistics discipline
At least two years’ experience working within an Integrated Business Systems environment.
Must be a team worker with a service-oriented attitude and willingness to treat all end users as customers.
Must be goal oriented with ability to stay focused on objectives and be assertive in direction and maintaining target dates.

Responsibilities

Perform conceptual planning of systems design to achieve a documented understanding of the scope and requirements of a project. As applicable, perform detail analysis to establish project justification.
Ensure accurate data collection and presentation that fits the defined scope for faster report generation and easily accessible information.
Responsible for coordinating with necessary departments for accurate reporting and request completion.
Audit completed projects for compliance with originally stated project objectives. Make recommendations for improvements.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Assessing business needs via business process analysis, data validation, collaboration, and observation.
Determining how to integrate software programs to enhance targeted business processes.
Evaluating programs, process, and capabilities, as well as facilitating cost-effective improvements.
Configuring solutions to ensure smooth system integration, enhanced functionalities, and user-friendly interfaces.
Collaborating with the team to offer technical solutions and resolve issues.
Documenting processes and preparing progress reports.
Staying informed of the latest updates, developments, and offerings.
