We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support Revenue and Sales process automation within the n8n Automation Department. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Technology, with a strong focus on Lead-to-Cash (L2C) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) workflows powered by n8n and Workato. The ideal candidate is a systems-thinking BSA who can analyze revenue workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design scalable integrations across CRM, CPQ, billing, and ERP systems—working closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver reliable, revenue-safe automation.
