About The Position

Electric Hydrogen’s mission is to make molecules to decarbonize our world! Our outstanding people are our most important asset and will allow us to deliver hydrogen from renewable electrolysis for heavy industry, at prices below fossil fuels. We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst, Manufacturing & Finance Systems to own, administer, and optimize our finance and business systems ecosystem. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Manufacturing, ensuring that critical enterprise systems and their integrations operate effectively, accurately, and at scale. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of systems that enable procure-to-pay, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing execution processes. You will play a key role in managing system functionality, improving business processes, and maintaining complex integrations across platforms such as Coupa, Microsoft Business Central, Graphite, Arena, Brex, and SimpleLegal. You will work remotely, reporting to the Director of Information Technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise business systems
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central or a similar platform
  • Hands-on experience supporting system integrations and end-to-end data flows across multiple enterprise applications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, and documentation skills
  • Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand and optimize end-to-end business processes
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly around financial data, controls, and system accuracy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Coupa, Graphite, Arena PLM, Brex, or SimpleLegal
  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems and MES integrations
  • Experience supporting PLM, ERP, and manufacturing system integrations
  • Experience working in a high-growth industrial technology, manufacturing, energy, or clean technology environment
  • Knowledge of APIs, middleware platforms, integration tools, or system automation technologies

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary system owner for finance and manufacturing business systems, including Coupa, Microsoft Business Central (BC), Graphite, Arena, Brex, and SimpleLegal
  • Perform hands-on system administration, including user access, roles, permissions, configuration, and master data management
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into system configurations, enhancements, and process improvements
  • Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, data accuracy, automation, and user experience, with a focus on manufacturing and finance workflows
  • Support core manufacturing data and processes across PLM, ERP, and MES systems, including parts, BOMs, revisions, lifecycle states, routings, work orders, shop floor execution, inventory, WIP, and production transactions
  • Ensure accurate and timely flow of manufacturing data between Arena, Business Central, and MES platforms
  • Partner with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to support production operations, engineering change management, and scale-up activities
  • Own and support integrations across key enterprise systems, including Graphite ↔ Business Central, Coupa ↔ Business Central, SimpleLegal → Coupa, Arena → Business Central, and Business Central → MES
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, ensure data integrity, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve defects
  • Document data flows, dependencies, controls, and integration processes across systems
  • Partner closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to understand operational requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and process changes
  • Support system-related initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, testing, and process improvements
  • Ensure systems and integrations align with accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements
  • Validate transactional data across systems to maintain consistency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Support audits, reporting, reconciliations, and data governance activities
