About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a Business Systems Analyst IV opening for our client. This is a remote, 12-month contract position. The role involves leading moderately complex to complex technology projects from requirements through implementation and post-production support. Key responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements, developing functional specifications, and serving as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and project teams. The analyst will also develop and execute test plans, test cases, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate project estimates, timelines, milestones, scope, and deliverables, and perform data analysis and data mapping for system integrations, conversions, acquisitions, and business initiatives. Additionally, the role requires identifying, tracking, and resolving testing and implementation issues, supporting regulatory, audit, compliance, and enterprise technology initiatives, providing application and systems expertise, and mentoring less experienced analysts. Post-implementation activities, issue resolution, and project reviews will also be coordinated.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of higher education and/or operational/business analytics experience.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering experience.
  • Experience with large-scale project environments.
  • Experience working across IT organizations and business units.
  • Experience with UAT, system testing, application support, and issue resolution.
  • Experience with audit findings, regulatory requirements, or compliance initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities
