Bachelor's Degree or 10 years of experience

Responsibilities

Facilitate the Information Services Requests Process with Operational Partners.
Drive out and documents business requirements and desired outcomes.
Translate business requirements to technical system and functional requirements.
Tie IT related project deliverables to business outcomes.
Gather artifacts for Security Risk and Vendor Security Assessments, including the creation of workflow and data flow diagrams, and completing remediation for the identified risk by working with others.
Shepherd contracts with IS considerations through the Corporate Legal process.
Coordinate and manage projects to completion, according to mutually agreed upon timeline, scope and budget.
Communicate the status of projects both verbally and in writing to the project team and stakeholders.
Serve as a liaison between operational partners and IS teams, and often facilitate and lead meetings accordingly.
Help establish disaster recovery plans and priorities.
