About The Position

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience
• Expert analytical approach to understanding and communicating data - programs, projects, status, etc.
• Strong ability to plan and prepare for organizational wide meetings (PI Planning, etc.)
• Strong ability to assess and document as-is and to-be processes within Software Development.
• Strong collaborator and seasoned in developing and maintaining strong working relationships with leads, developers, testers, and other peer groups
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Highly detail oriented and self-driven

Nice To Haves

• Expertise in documentation management of collaboration sites a plus (Chalk, SharePoint, etc.)
