About The Position

Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT, enabling the successful delivery of optimized solution by translating business needs into actionable insights and requirements. Drives evaluation of new technologies and process improvements, ensures alignment across stakeholders, and supports effective decision-making through clear communication, structured analysis, and KPI-driven performance tracking, while maintaining governance standards through monitoring and reporting.

Requirements

  • Requires a Batchelor's Degree
  • Typically requires 2-4 years of relevant experience or 6 years experience in lieu of degree
  • 2-4 Years of working Project Management experience
  • Requires working knowledge and professional experience in business analysis or systems analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between business units and IT development teams to support the development, implementation, and enhancement of systems.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) aligned with project objectives.
  • Evaluate new applications, IT developments, and evolving business needs to recommend appropriate system solutions or enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements clarity, scope alignment, and delivery readiness.
  • Prepare and deliver communications and presentations on system enhancements, alternatives, and project updates.
  • Develop and maintain department KPIs and performance dashboards to track progress, drive insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support governance processes through compliance monitoring, reporting, and effective stakeholder coordination.
